๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ค ML Model Development & Optimization
- โ Develop AI models for document analysis, NLP, and LLM-based applications.
- โ Train, test, and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- โ Implement feature engineering and vector databases for efficient text retrieval.
๐ MLOps & Deployment
- โ Automate the entire ML lifecycle (training, validation, deployment) using MLflow, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.
- โ Deploy AI models as serverless APIs using Azure Functions & Kubernetes (AKS).
- โ Implement model versioning, monitoring (Azure Monitor), and drift detection.
๐ Data Processing & Storage
- โ Optimize AI workloads with Spark, Databricks, and Delta Lake.
- โ Design scalable data ingestion pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Prefect, Apache Airflow.
- โ Ensure efficient querying & retrieval of large-scale datasets for AI applications.
๐ฏ Required Qualifications & Experience
โ Must-Have:
- ๐น 3+ years of experience in machine learning model development.
- ๐น Expertise in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- ๐น Strong knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI API.
- ๐น Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
- ๐น Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning).
- ๐น Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Pandas, Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory).
โจ Nice-to-Have:
- โญ Experience with Azure Monitor & Prometheus for model monitoring.
- โญ Understanding of serverless AI deployments.
- โญ Experience optimizing large-scale AI workloads.
