At Tekton Labs, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives in North America. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional who thrives in data-driven environments, enjoys working with numbers, margins, and analytics, and can translate complex data into meaningful insights for clients.
The ideal candidate is meticulous in tracking financial performance, analyzing trends, and preparing polished, data-backed client materials. A strong analytical mindset and experience working with Excel are key to succeeding in this role. A background in technology, digital product development, or service design is highly preferred.
What Youβll Do
β Ensure accuracy and precision in tracking account performance, financial margins, and revenue trends.
β Oversee client account operations, ensuring seamless service delivery with a focus on data integrity and financial optimization.
β Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high-quality experience with a structured, analytical approach.
β Develop detailed reports and presentations, using data-driven insights to enhance client relationships and business growth.
β Work extensively with financial and operational data, handling profit margins, cost analysis, and revenue forecasting.
β Lead monthly performance analysis, using Excel and Google Sheets to generate actionable insights.
β Manage and expand customer relationships, focusing on profitability and strategic account growth.
β Identify and propose opportunities for service optimization, leveraging analytics to improve customer outcomes.
β Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams in a professional and structured manner.
What Weβre Looking For
β 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management, preferably in the IT Professional Services industry.
β Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
β Proven ability to analyze financial data, profit margins, and revenue trends.
β Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, and data visualization).
β Experience in digital consulting, product development, or service design (preferred).
β Highly organized and structured, with a meticulous approach to client reporting and presentations.
β Ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
β Comfortable presenting financial data and strategic insights to executive-level stakeholders.
β Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create high-quality, client-facing materials.

Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
β Fluent English (written and spoken), with the confidence to engage with North American clients.
