๐น About the Role
At Tekton Labs, weโre looking for a results-driven and proactive Inside Sales Representative to support our sales pipeline in the early stages. Youโll work closely with Client Partners to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities in our sales funnel.
This role focuses on top-of-funnel activities, lead qualification, and short-cycle deal closures (up to $10,000 USD). Youโll play a critical role in our growth by keeping the pipeline healthy and organized โ and by building real relationships with potential clients.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐ Lead Generation & Qualification
Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, timelines, and budget.
Book qualified discovery meetings and demos for Client Partners.
Maintain active nurturing flows to keep leads engaged and warm.
๐ผ Sales & Pipeline Management
Manage and close short-cycle standardized deals (up to $10K USD) autonomously.
Maintain accurate, updated records in the CRM (HubSpot).
Log lead activity, notes, and next steps consistently.
Support long-term nurturing and database maintenance to avoid lead decay.
๐ค Collaboration & Insights
Work hand-in-hand with Client Partners to ensure smooth handoff of high-quality leads.
Share insights on lead quality, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Stay aligned with Marketing on industry updates, competitor activity, and best practices.
๐ Key Metrics (KPIs)
Number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated.
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
Opportunities successfully handed off to Client Partners.
Revenue from short-cycle closed deals.
๐ What Weโre Looking For
๐ง Profile
1โ2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing โ ideally B2B and/or tech sector.
Strong experience generating and qualifying leads.
Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot, and prospecting platforms like Apollo.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, analytical, and adaptable.
Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required.

๐ฐ Compensation & Contract
Full-time contractor position (remote โ LATAM preferred)
Base salary: $1,500 USD/month
Performance bonus: Up to an additional 1 month's salary, based on achievement of individual and team goals
